Teams running sales and support on WhatsApp share a single phone and a single login, messages get missed, nobody knows who already replied, and there's no CRM, no tickets, and no analytics. Off-the-shelf tools charge per seat and per number, lock customer data inside their own cloud, and can't be owned, branded, or resold by the businesses that depend on them.
We built Loopwave, a license-based shared WhatsApp team inbox where one number serves an entire team in real time. It pairs a Baileys-powered WhatsApp engine (no browser, multi-number, live sync) with a full CRM, tickets, message templates, broadcasts, AI auto-reply, role-based access, and per-tenant licensing with antivirus-style expiry. Every API endpoint is covered by an integration test suite, 110 tests, all green.
