Unless otherwise stated, HyperBrain Labs owns the intellectual property rights for all material on our website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Upon full payment for services rendered, clients will receive ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in their individual service agreements. The specific terms of ownership transfer will be outlined in each client's contract.

5. User Content

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.

You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any content that you submit.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.

7. Refund Policy

Our refund policy will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in your contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HyperBrain Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. HyperBrain Labs expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not collect or use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
