What if our client asks to speak to the developer?
Then you decide, not us. We can join as your engineer, in your tools and your naming, or stay out of the room entirely and report only to you. The NDA is written so you never have to explain us, and we do not contact your client on our own initiative.
How do we handle communication?
Your call. We can sit in your Slack and stand-ups as your engineers, or stay out of every channel and send you a two-minute Loom every 48 hours that you forward with your logo on it.
What if a project needs ongoing support?
Either we stay on behind your brand at $2,999 a month for 40 hours of development, or we hand over documented code and your team takes it from there. One limit to plan around: we do not run a 24/7 support desk or an on-call rota, so if your client needs overnight cover, that has to sit with you.
Will our client ever know you exist?
Not unless you tell them. The NDA keeps us invisible: your brand on deliverables, no direct client contact, and repos in the names you choose. Many agency partners forward our Loom updates as their own.
How do agencies price our work?
Our fixed quote is your cost line and you set the margin on top of it. Because the price is fixed before the build, scope drift eats our time rather than your margin — if scope changes, we re-quote in writing before building.
