Who we are
HyperBrain Labs is a founder-led product engineering studio and internal product lab founded by Prince Kumar Singh. Based in Bengaluru, India. Working with founders worldwide.
Three kinds of people hire us: founders of 1–15 people with no engineer yet, agencies that sold more work than they can build, and businesses running operations out of spreadsheets and WhatsApp.
The work is mostly SaaS platforms, mobile apps, CRM and internal tools, payment plumbing and AI automation. 20+ products shipped, four of which you can look up: Offline by Happy Hour, KrutAI, Loopwave and A2A Point.
Most of the value is in what we refuse to build. A scope with everything in it takes six months and arrives after the runway has gone.
The Lab is where we become the client. We choose the problem, fund the build, launch the product and live with every decision after release. That experience returns to every client build.

KrutAI cut a 30-minute copywriting task to 30 seconds and lifted conversion 40%. Every automation we ship has a human review path and a defined answer for when the model is unsure.
