Most studio sites tell you what they can do. This one tells you where we are the wrong call, because a team that names what it cannot do is more believable on the things it can. If you recognise yourself below, we will point you elsewhere on the first call rather than after the invoice.

These are not hedges. Each one has cost us work, and naming them is cheaper than discovering them in week two.

You need certified compliance

We hold no SOC 2 or HIPAA certification and we run no regulated-industry audit programme. We will not claim otherwise to win the work. If a certificate is a procurement requirement, an enterprise firm is the safer choice and we will say so on the first call.

You need a 24/7 desk and an account manager

We are small, senior and founder-led. That is the entire advantage and it is also the entire limit. There is no overnight support rota, no account management layer, and no vendor security questionnaire team. You talk to the people writing the code.

You do not know what you are building yet

Fixed-price delivery works when the decisions are made. It fails when discovery is still open. If you need months of market research, user interviews and strategic pivots first, a fixed sprint is the wrong instrument and we will tell you that instead of selling you one.

The questions we get asked before the no

Are you SOC 2 or HIPAA certified?+
No. We hold no formal compliance certifications. Instead of a badge, here is the concrete list: signed NDAs and clear IP-assignment terms in every engagement, code review required before anything merges to production, dependency and vulnerability scanning in CI, secrets kept out of source control and rotated at handover, and per-environment credentials with least-privilege access. That is a real security posture for a lean studio. It is not a certification and we will never let a page imply it is.
Can you handle a large legacy database migration?+
Yes. Migrations are scoped individually rather than sold as a fixed package, because the work depends entirely on what is being moved, what depends on it, and how much downtime you can tolerate. Send us the current schema and the constraints and we will come back with a written plan and a price.
Do you only work in TypeScript?+
TypeScript is our default and it is what most of our shipped work runs on: React, Next.js, React Native, Node.js and NestJS on managed cloud infrastructure. It is where we are fastest. We take on other languages and stacks where the project calls for it, scoped case by case on the first call.
How big is the team?+
Small and senior, founder-led by Prince Kumar Singh. There is no junior bench learning on your budget and no offshoring of the hard parts. The trade-off is real: we take fewer projects at once, and if we are full we will say so rather than queue you behind other work.
So what are you unambiguously the right choice for?+
