Two doors. Same engineer.
Starter — Production MVP
$3,999. One written scope. Auth, payments, admin, deploy. Selected, clearly scoped builds launch in about 21 days. The 21-day figure does not apply to every engagement.
Studio build — quoted
CRM, mobile, AI workflow, or a product that does not fit Starter. Discovery first, then a fixed quote. We will not lock a price while the product is still being invented.
App Rescue — free in 48 hours
If something already takes money and loses the order, send the live URL. Written keep / fix / rebuild. Yours whether you hire us.
Run — after day 31
$2,999 a month for 40 hours from the engineer who shipped it. Pause any month. Included first: two weeks of fixes and a 30-day scaling programme.
What this is not
We will turn the wrong funded company away
If you need SOC 2, HIPAA, or a 24/7 desk, we are the wrong firm. If discovery is still open and you want a fixed price anyway, we will not take it. If you want a cheap bench to staff an undefined roadmap, hire somewhere else.

Questions, answered
Is $3,999 enough for a funded company?
It is the Starter wedge: one user, one paying flow, production infrastructure. Larger products are quoted after a written scope. We do not publish invented mid-bands.
Can you work with our existing CTO or contractors?
Yes. Hybrid is normal: we own a slice, your team keeps the rest. You hold the repo from day one so nobody is blocked.
What if the date is three weeks away?
Then the cut list does more work than the calendar. We will tell you on the call what fits 21 days and what does not.
