Scope is unclear, or something already built is failing. Send the live app — a URL is enough to start, you do not need the repo or your old developer's cooperation — and we write down what we find.

  • · Every engagement is quoted as one written scope at one fixed price, agreed before we build.
  • · You own the code, infrastructure, and accounts from day one.
  • · Third-party costs (hosting, APIs, app store fees) are billed at cost.
  • · If scope changes mid-build, we re-quote before building. No surprise invoices.
  • · Larger builds are invoiced against milestones, and each milestone becomes yours on delivery of that milestone, not on final payment.
  • · If we stopped tomorrow you would still hold the repository, the infrastructure and every account, documented. An unstarted sprint is refundable in full.
  • · We are small on purpose, so we take fewer projects at once. If we are full we will say so and give you a date rather than start yours late.

Launch week

Launch and hand over

Bad news comes first with a plan. We deploy, test, hand over code and accounts, then include two weeks of fixes.

First 30 days live

Monitoring and a roadmap

Monitoring, performance work and a written technical-debt assessment. You leave with a 90-day roadmap another engineer could pick up without calling us.

For a clearly scoped Production MVP, launch week is day 21. Larger builds get a written milestone plan instead of a single sprint.
